OCZ Gear'Recertified' products: Recertified products are items which have been returned to an authorized factory repair facility for testing, inspection, and repair by certified technicians to factory specifications. Recertified products include the original package, documentation and carry the same warranty as non recertified products.

OCZ Gear Hours of Operation

Monday – Friday, 10am-6pm PST. Any orders that are placed outside of operation hours will be processed the following business day.

- Processing time for shipping may take up to 72 business hours
- Orders placed on the last day and/or beginning of the month will not be processed until the 3rd day of the month.
- OCZ will not process orders on weekends and major holidays

OCZ Gear Return Policies

All OCZ products are fully covered under warranty, and 30 days (from delivered date) exchange only. Exchanges will need to go through our RMA process on ocztechnology.com under support menu, and “create support ticket” tab. Direct link: www.ocztechnology.com/NewTicket.html

- NO refunds will be granted once the order is processed and shipped. Product exchange, or store credit are available upon customer's request.
- OCZ reserves all rights to change or cancel any orders base upon inventory availability, price discrepancies, and/or payment verification.
- Customers are responsible for shipping costs for any return and/or cancelled orders once an order is shipped. Exceptions may apply for erroneous orders and DOA/defective products

Typographical Errors

OCZ Technology will not be responsible for typographical errors, or errors in product information. In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to typographical error or error in pricing or product information received from our suppliers, OCZ Technology shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. We shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, OCZ Technology shall immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the charge.

Jurisdiction and Venue

You agree that any legal action brought against OCZ Technology Group shall be governed by the laws of the State of California without regard to its conflict of law principles. You agree that the sole jurisdiction and venue for any litigation arising from your use of or orders made on the OCZ Gear site shall be an appropriate federal or state court located in San Jose California.
